Miranda RSL Sub-Branch is located on the first floor of the Miranda RSL Sub-Branch Club Limited building, 615 Kingsway Miranda NSW 2228, opposite Westfield Shopping Centre, between Wandella Rd & Central Rd.

The sub-Branch was started by ex-servicemen in Miranda and received a charter from the State Branch on 24 October 1935. The sub-Branch celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2005.

The sub-Branch gradually acquired land and property over the years and sold its holdings to the Club Limited in October 1999. From then The sub-Branch has focused on providing services to members.

Current membership is 792, making the sub-Branch one of the largest in the Southern Metropolitan District. Monthly General Meetings are held on the second Sunday each month at 10.15am, except May, when the meeting is held on the first Sunday so as not to clash with Mother's Day.

Members' meet in the Club Bar after meetings for camaraderie. Meetings are well attended and member's participation is encouraged.

A Committee of eleven members is elected each year and is responsible to members for the Management of the Sub-Branch.

The sub-Branch has the following affiliates, (1 ) Women's Auxiliary, (2) Day Care Club, (3) Youth Club.

A wide range of services is available to members including Welfare, Pensions advice and advocacy, Social Outings and Luncheons, Welfare Bus, Library, and Commemorative Services throughout the year.

The sub-Branch is very active in local primary and secondary schools on educational matters relating to ANZAC Day and other significant Commemorative events.

The sub-Branch is supportive of many local charities and organisations connected with Veteran's welfare.

Miranda RSL President Warren Barnes receiving the 75th Anniversary Plaque from State President Don Rowe OAM at the 75th Anniversary Luncheon of the Miranda Sub-Branch held at Miranda RSL Club on the 21st October.
Warren delivered his President's speech acknowledging those returned servicemen of 75yrs ago who were instrumental in forming the Miranda Sub-Branch Charter of the League.
